The fee for processing your deer is based upon the field
dressed weight of the animal. Each deer is weighed upon
arrival. All cuts from processed deer are boneless. The
below chart is based upon the Regular Cut of a
White-Tailed deer. A Regular Cut is roasts, steaks,
butterflied tenderloins and burger.
